September 8 - October 6

This series explores how each of us found ourselves where we are today, including our personal history, our families, our culture, and the origin of our planet and universe. We will look at how family background, cultural traditions, and historical events have shaped our lives and influenced the way we think. We will also explore the scientific story of where Earth and the universe came from, and how those events made life possible. Understanding where we come from can help us see why we live the way we do and why certain values and beliefs matter to us. It gives us a clearer picture of how our past connects to the present and can guide the decisions we make for the future. This is significant because learning about our origins gives us perspective, helps us understand each other better, and encourages thoughtful discussions about ethics, philosophy, and belief systems.
